The Harford Armory Chief Armorer's Opinion:
This is truly one of my favorite fixed-blade knives. I've trained with karambits, but I'm not a fan of their inward curving blades. The CUT 4 gives you the benefits of a karambit grip with the versatility of a straighter-edged blade. For me, this gives the knife a lot more flexibility in how it's used over a karambit. This thing is extremely well made. It's super rugged and feels great in my hand. I love the ring for quicker draw and a solid grip that's far less likely to get disarmed. As a self-defense knife, this is absolutely top of the line.
